We understand that selecting & buying a new piece of beauty equipment can be a daunting task. Whether it’s for your business or for yourself, you need your machines to be high-quality and reliable. That is why Mico Aes offers a 1-3 year Warranty and lifetime customer support on all of our machines. (If a machine has a 2 or 3 year Warranty, it will be stated in the relevant product description. Unless otherwise stated the Warranty is 1 year.)
The information about the Warranty that follows applies only to Mico Aes machines, and not to consumables such as gels and liquids.
Warranty Overview:
Mico Aes offer 1-3 year warranty for all machines, and an accessories warranty for 3 months. After the warranty, we will continue to provide the technical support as before. For spare parts, we only charge at the material cost. And the shipping cost is on the buyers’ side. Spare parts do not include consumables or disposables such as replacement bulbs. The Warranty is not transferable unless your request for transfer is approved by customer support.
Warranty for Main Machine:
We guarantee your machine against defects in construction for 1 – 3 years from the date of delivery. When a structural defect in the main machine is brought to our attention, and evidence is provided demonstrating the structure defect (such as a clear video and/or photos), we will arrange for the necessary repair or, when necessary, replace the machine, free of charge.
Warranty for Spare Parts:
We guarantee the parts/accessories of your machines against defects for 3 months from the date of delivery. This means, by definition, that if any part of your machine, such as a handle, is not functioning properly due to a structural defect in the construction of the part, and this is brought to our attention (for example if you provide a video demonstrating the defect of the part), we will arrange for necessary repairs or replace the part/accessory, free of charge.
Shipping Costs:
During the first 3 months of the active Warranty period, shipping costs of spare parts will be paid by Mico Aes.
After the first 3 months, shipping costs of spare parts requested and paid for (at cost) will be charged to the buyer/customer.
During the first 12 – 36 months of the active Warranty period, should the main machine need to be replaced due to demonstrated structural defects, Mico Aes will provide the new replacement parts for free. Shipping and delivery costs of the new replacement machine will be the responsibility of the buyer/receiver.
Warranty Exclusions:
The Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by any of the following:
– Failure to follow usage instructions/misuse of the product
– Cases in which the buyer/customer refuses to or neglects to provide any evidence of the defect or damage claimed (for example – negligence to provide a video)
– Alteration of the product
– Impact or insertion of foreign objects
– Application of harmful chemicals
– Normal wear and tear
– Overuse
Support After the Warranty:
Mico Aes will continue to be available to provide technical and related support, for spare parts, we only charge at the material cost. And the shipping cost is on the buyers’ side.
What happens in the unfortunate event that the product malfunctions?
Within the year of purchase, if the product has any working problems and is covered by the warranty, contact Customer Service for assistance. The technical Support team is able to resolve the majority of system challenges over the phone or by email. We have a quick response service team and well-trained technicians who enable any problems can be solved within 7 business days.
During this process, we need your kind and patient assistance by either following our detailed detection procedure issued by our technicians or showing us photos or videos of the machine. This process is very important for us to identify the actual problem so that we can work out a solution quickly.
